Who I Really Am

Nothing Can Touch Who I Really Am

Image created to illustrate one of the two "desires" I chose to focus on, in my twenty-one-day consciousness cleanse (book by Debbie Ford). I want to consistently know that what happens around me is not that important because it can't touch who I really am.

  1. thank you. I'm supposed to create one more image - for the "outer desire". Then I'm supposed to look at the images several times a day to help ingrain the message.

  3. I had a picture of myself from before the first split. I was 4. Looking at it daily strengthened my desire to integrate. I find images speak to me more powerfully than words. Images touch how I feel. I like this idea of having an image that illustrates my desires. Thank you for reminding me the need I have of images that encourage me.
